I started in HR the way many people do—thinking I wanted to work with people. But what lit me up wasn’t the paperwork (literally—this was 2005 and we had file cabinets for days). It was the systems. The reporting. The idea that we could automate the chaos and make things better.

Since then, I’ve spent 20 years working across HR Operations and HR Tech, including 16+ years as a Workday superuser and implementation leader. I’ve rolled up my sleeves on managing HR systems, led org design, revamped compensation frameworks, and built cross-functional teams to support company growth.
